Joseph Hada, Attorney for Quinn Legal Associates, practices all over Northeast Ohio. He has dedicated his practice to OVI/DUI, Criminal and Traffic Defense. Attorney Hada has conducted extensive research and gained immense knowledge with respect to the defense of charges relating to OVI/DUI, Criminal and Traffic offenses. As a former public defender, Joseph has a wealth of experience in defending OVI/DUI, Criminal and Traffic charges from arraignment through trial and on to appellate argument. He has shared his expertise as a speaker at OVI seminars across Ohio on a variety of topics and is dedicated to remaining on the forefront of OVI defense issues in Ohio. He regularly attends advanced DUI Defense training and seminars regarding Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, Forensic Chromatography, Breath, Blood and Urine Testing, and trial tactics.
